Lay down on your back & tilt head back with nostrils opening towards the sky. Place 3-5 drops in each nostril. Massage outside of nose in circular motions. Take a deep breath.Alternatively, sitting up - apply a drop to your clean little (pinky) finger. Insert into nostril & massage. Repeat in other nostril, and continue until each nostril gets at least 3 drops. APPLY IN EARLY MORNING UPON WAKING & IN LATE AFTERNOON. Apply 1+ hour before bed.Important notes: โNasya should not be administered after bath, food, during pregnancy or those who have undergone nasal surgery. It is not advised for children below 7 years or people above 80 years.โ
