Situated on the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula in Northern Michigan, our gardens grow our vibrant, potent ingredients from the soil up. Once a treasured horse paddock for Isa’s great grandpa’s farm, we turned the sandy compact soil into deep, mineral rich, healthy soil that not only supports healthy plants but also nurtures trillions of micro-organisms and supports local wildlife through all seasons.

With a background in permaculture design, nursery management and 5 years of dedicated work as an ecological gardener for the local landscapes, Isa cultivates organic plants using beyond organic, regenerative & no-till practices.

Nestled between woodland hills and just feet away from our gardens, the C&C lab is where the fun continues… The proximity to our gardens allows us to preserve the vitality of freshly harvested plants in a well controlled environment. While the plants build their resilience and potency by adapting to the variance in weather outside, once they reach the lab space they are housed in consistent temperatures and humidity levels ensuring the best storage for raw ingredients and finished products.

Extensive research and care go into every formula. With training in both chemistry and traditional herbalism, Isa bridges scientific precision with plant-based wisdom, implementing effective, evidence-informed methods to extract the most beneficial constituents from each plant. Her approach emphasizes whole-plant extractions over isolated compounds, honoring the plant’s natural synergy and integrity.
