Crafted in small batches using a pure copper alembic or glass still with organic herbs from Northport, MI, our artisan distilled hydrosols are seasonal and limited, made with fresh plant material only available during certain times of the year.
These alchemical mists hydrate, tone, and plump the skin while naturally balancing its pH (~5.5) to support the protective acid mantle. They improve skin tone, enhance absorption of oil-based moisturizers, and can be used on the face and body, as well as for home fragrance, linens, and aromatherapy. Each hydrosol features naturally present colloidal suspensions of essential oils, with no additives or preservatives.
Experience the unique scents of each batch—some reminiscent of fresh plants, while others reveal subtle transformations through distillation.
Single herb Hydrosols are available, as well as co-distillations.

Anti-inflammatory & Calming
Rich in the medicinal constituent Chamazulene which gives Yarrow essential oil its blue color and potent anti-inflammatory benefits. It is a mild antibacterial and antiseptic. It helps with acne prone skin and healing skin from sun/wind damage. It can be used to clean wounds, to stop bleeding and as an aftershave. Yarrow is a great balancer and is a highly energetic companion to use in boundary work. Yarrow Hydrosol truly smells like Yarrow flower bottled up. It may be considered unpleasant to some, especially if you are not familiar with the fresh flower. -

Euphoriant & Toning
Clary Sage is astringent and toning for oily skin types. Clary Sage is a euphoriant and some find it to be aphrodisiac. It provides emotional support and it profoundly energetic ~ especially for heartache and emotional trauma. It smells a bit like Earl Grey tea, definitely not as potent or pronounced as the fresh terpene-rich flowers.
