๊ฉœ 100% unalloyed pure copper

An ancient Ayurvedic health tool to help balance your oral & gut microbiomes.

Tongue scraping removes bad bacteria and toxins that accumulate in the mouth, improving digestive health and immunity.

This ancient practice helps:
โค™ stimulate internal organs through energetic connections with the rest of the body
โค™ improve digestion
โค™ increase sense of taste
โค™ cleanse the body by removing oral toxins & bacteria
โค™ reduce volatile sulfur compounds (VSC), which are the by-products of mouth bacteria linked to bad breath
โค™ decrease plaque buildup
โค™ increase your awareness of your state of health

WHY COPPER? Copper is known to help fight bacteria. Ayurvedic practitioners have known this for millennia and modern science has recently confirmed this fact. Copper not only seems to be toxic to the bad bacteria, but it also provides important enzymes that are needed for the healthy microbes in the mouth to survive.

HOW TO USE:
Use in the morning right after you wake up. From an Ayurvedic perspective, tongue scraping should be a daily practice.
โค™ stick your tongue out just like you would at the dentist (say "ahhhh!")
โค™ apply the scraper as far back on your tongue as you can without triggering your gag reflex.
โค™ pushing down just enough for the scraper to apply light pressure, draw it forward towards the tip of your tongue.
โค™ rinse scraper under water.
โค™ repeat seven times or until your tongue has been fully scraped - when there is no coating or mucous left
โค™ wash the tongue scraper and let it dry.

Follow by oil pulling, teeth brushing & a gum massage. Scraping the tongue followed by a glass of water can reduce accumulating digestive toxins (Ama).

CLEAN & CARE: Dissolve equal parts baking soda and lemon/lime juice into a shallow dish. When the solution stops fizzing, rub the paste into the copper cleaner using a cloth. After twenty minutes, rinse the tongue cleaner under hot water, pat dry with a clean towel, and store in a dry location.

When cared for correctly your copper tongue scraper will last a lifetime. โ™€
