Join Isa of Circles & Cycles for a 30 to 45-minute seminar exploring the beautiful world of plant hydrosols ~ gentle aromatic waters created through steam & hydro distillation. Youโ€™ll learn how these botanical mists are made, how they differ from essential oils, and ways to integrate them into skincare, aromatherapy, and movement practices like yoga or meditation. Youโ€™ll get to sample a variety of artisan-distilled hydrosols, from tulsi to lavender, sage, and beyond.

Each attendee receives a printed takeaway guide with highlights from the talk and simple ideas for using hydrosols at home and a bottle of freshly distilled hydrosol for an added sensory experience.
