This oxymel is an ode to the end of Summer and September ~ the month of the Blue Sapphire stone.
Season of Sapphire is made with arguably the most tasty organic Blueberries you can find on the Leelanau Peninsula, Michigan. The biggest, juiciest Blueberries grown and harvested by my neighbor, Norma. One of my favorite times of year is when my Grandma calls me to tell me Norma has freshly picked blueberries! I added my two favorite herbs ~ Tulsi Basil and Milky Oats. It makes for a lovely tasting Adaptogenic Nervous System Tonic!
